Man arrested for breaking and entering in Playa Blanca

Guardia Civil arrested a man at the end of last month for breaking and entering a property in Playa Blanca.

The property owner had reported the perpetrator on March 31st. After verifying the facts, and finding the perpetrator inside the property, he was arrested and brought to court.

According to Article 202 of Spain’s Penal Code, breaking and entering entails a prison sentence of six months to two years. If it is carried out with violence or intimidation, the penalty would amount to one to four years and a fine.
