Spain’s Meteorological Agency (AEMET) announced today that tomorrow’s rain warning has been upgraded to an orange warning alongside the yellow storm warning. Additionally, it has announced a yellow rain warning for this Thursday as well.
The now orange rain alert will become active on April 9th at 6am and will remain active until 3pm the same day. 30mm of rain per hour is forecast.
Following today’s announcement, a second yellow rain alert will be active on April 10th from 6am until 12 noon.
The yellow storm alert will become active on April 9th at 5am and will remain active until 3pm.
