Florida based cruise operator, WindStar Cruises, has announced its first-ever full winter season in the Canary Islands.

The newly introduced 10-day cruise is a round trip throughout the Canary Islands & Madeira. The itinerary includes Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma, Madeira, Lanzarote & Gran Canaria.
The voyage, named “Canary Island Idyll”, will take passengers to experience Lanzarote’s wine country, La Palma’s black sand beaches, Madeira’s nightlife, the history of La Palma, the UNESCO site of Garajonay National Park in La Gomera, the UNESCO beaches in Tenerife & more.
As for the ship of choice, the Wind Star 4-masted sailing yacht will be used. The ship accommodates 148 guests across four decks featuring various room options, restaurants, entertainment venues & more.
Trips will start from November 20th this year and will run until February 18th, 2026.
