HiperDino Brings Taste, Craft, and Culture Together with Local Market in Lanzarote

HiperDino is set to host the first-ever Lanzarote Local Market, a five-day celebration of the island’s finest producers and artisans. The event will run from Wednesday, April 1st, through to Sunday, April 5th, taking place outside the supermarket in Playa Honda.

The market will feature over a hundred local products, with stalls dedicated to food, fashion, and crafts. Visitors can explore the offerings each day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Among the well-established local names taking part are Mamá Trina and Bernardo’s, presenting their range of jams and mojos; La Corona with gourmet chocolates; natural honey from Haría; and products made with Janubio salt.

On the crafts front, highlights include Estow Studio, led by artisan Felip Martin, who works with natural wood to create accessories and musical instruments incorporating materials native to Lanzarote. Lili’s Candles, by artisan Lidia Valcárcel, will showcase scented candles made with natural aromas and essences, while accessories from Volcano Macramé, striking decorative pieces by Turba de Papel, and creative works from Fátima Lemes and El Mundo de Faa will also be on display.

Local flavours will be well catered for thanks to the presence of food trucks including Noi Coffe, offering a variety of coffees, sweets, and savoury items; El Callao Burger; and Churros Pinocho Gourmet.

There are no tickets to enter, simply head to the HiperDino supermarket in Playa Honda (Aeropuerto km4) from April 1st – April 5th, and enjoy the market.
