Costa Teguise’s Grand Teguise Playa hotel changes owners

The Grand Teguise Playa hotel in Costa Teguise has changed owners.

The society that owns the emblematic hotel that overlooks Playa Jablillo was owned by CaixaBank (60%) and the real estate company Metrópolis (40%).  However, earlier this week the society was purchased by Alexandré hotels, which also owns three hotels in the Playa de las Americas resort of Tenerife and two in Barcelona.

The 300-room Grand Teguise Playa is a four-star hotel that was built in 1987.
