A flight attended confronted a group of passengers were reportedly making racist remarks to other passengers on a TUI flight from London to Lanzarote on December 24th last year.

TikTok user “zaypip” began recording in the middle of a confrontation between one of the flight attendants and the persons involved in the incident. According to the user, a confrontation between a group of passengers had started “as soon as the flight took off”.

Zaypip wrote: “The group behind were cause a lot of drama. They were being loud the entire flight, smoking e-cigs and when we said we’d report it, they threatened to hit us when we land/being racist.”

At the start of the video the words “speaking in foreign language” & “we are not in Pakistan” can be heard. After this the flight attendant stated “If I hear one more remark from anybody, I will be ringing the pilots, they will be getting the police, and you’ll not be having a Christmas.”

It has also been reported that upon arriving at the Lanzarote Airport, those that had started the incident were escorted by the police to their accommodation. To make matters worse, the passengers that were subjected to abuse had to share the same flight back to Gatwick with them.
