The number of foreign tourists arriving at the Lanzarote airport increased in the first seven months of 2024, representing a 9.2% increase compared to 2023.
The total increase in 2024 so far is 161,086 foreign tourist arrivals, an increase of 9.2% compared to 2023 according to data from ISTAC.
March saw the largest increase with 45,615 more arrivals compared to the same month last year, bringing it to a total of 283,945 arrivals.
February saw the second largest increase with 37,153 more arrivals, bringing the total to 256,515 compared to 219,362 in February 2023.
May and April recorded the smallest increase with 9,116 & 2,911 more arrivals compared to last year.
