Ther new buses were acquired thanks to a subsidy granted to Arrecife Bus SL, within the framework the EU Next Generation.

Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Councillor for Transport, commented that the new buses would permit improvement in the frequency and service of Line 3, which will operate on Saturdays with the same frequency as on weekdays. “Our aim is to offer a more efficient and homogeneous service for users of the Costa Teguise – Arrecife – Puerto del Carmen corridor,” said Jiménez.
