A British tourist was injured after being hit by a wave at Los Charcones in Yaiza yesterday.
The incident was reported at around 7 pm yesterday, and emergency services attended the area. The 37-year-old victim had various injuries on the legs, so paramedics splinted the limbs and took him to an ambulance on a stretcher.
It is the second incident to take place in the area of Los Charcones in the last fortnight, after a Danish man was rescued at sea by a fishing boat on the 9th of October.
