A young tourist was escorted to safety after suffering from a panic attack on Montaña Amarilla in La Graciosa yesterday.
The 26-year-old German was unable to continue while walking on the cinder-toffee coloured volcano on the south-west of the island.
Emerlan volunteers escorted him to the foot of the mountain where he was given a lift back to Caleta de Sebo in an emergency vehicle.
