Two children were injured when the motorbikes they were riding collided yesterday.
The incident occurred just before 2 pm on a path in the desert region of El Jable in Teguise. A 9-year-old child suffered “moderate” injuries and was taken by ambulance to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa Hospital.
The other child, a 14-year-old weas also treated at hospital, although his injuries were described as slight.
